  • Authenticity: We make every effort to accurately represent the age, origin, and authenticity of each item. However, buyers should rely on their own judgment or consult experts when in doubt.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo.
  • Shipping invoice is sent separately after item/s have been packaged. Shipping cost is due before item/s will ship.
  • New York shipping addresses are subject to sales tax.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees, which will be calculated once the item is packaged and invoiced separately.
  • Shipping Areas: We offer shipping to USA and Canada.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Insurance: All items are fully insured during shipping. We take great care in packaging items to ensure they are delivered safely.
  • Furniture Shipping: Delivery charges are not included in the price of the item and is the buyers responsibility. Quotes can be requested before purchasing but items will not be held. Buyers will be handed off to the delivery company to arrange delivery; delivery time is 4-8 weeks.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • No Returns: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: In the event that your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and take photographs as required for the claim process.
  • Claim Filing: If an item is lost or stolen, we are unable to issue a refund, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

6. Buyer Responsibility
