Shipping policy

Shipping costs are not included in the item price. We offer shipping to both the USA and Canada. Buyers in Canada are responsible for any customs fees and duties. All shipments are fully insured.

A separate invoice will be sent after the item's purchase with shipping cost to be paid.

Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier. Retain all packaging and take the necessary photos to support the claim. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, we are unable to provide a refund, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Furniture items require third-party delivery, and shipping costs are not included in the item price. A separate invoice for shipping will be issued within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your location. Most furniture shipments fall between $200 and $800 and are fully insured. Please note that delivery coordination will be handled between the delivery company and the client.
